I bought this for my wife and - like with the other one I bought a couple of years before this - the charger / watch interface stopped working within a month or so. I went with a different brand smart / fitness watch for my latest gift and, so far, that one seems to be more substantial and built to last.

Screen went very dark and useless now. Worked very good for the 1 year.

I have to restart mine every other day so that it will sync with my phone otherwise the notification feature will not work. Called the company about a month ago and they said they have no solution to the problem.

Works as advertised with exception- heart rate monitor seldom works, it’s the reason I bought it

Was not bad when it worked. Had several problems with the screen shutting off. Having to mess with the restart process could be a pain and took few tries sometimes. The unit died 1 year after purchase. Just quit. Maybe would spend $50 on one. Otherwise not really great. Better alternatives out there.

I did not keep this item, as it was not compatible with my devise at the time of purchase

Doesn't have as many bells and whistles as my samsung watch but it gets the job done.

I wished the clock would stay on screen -for the second hand - longer and not go black so fast

I wanted to love this tracker. Unfortunately, it is not made for a small wrist like mine. I wore it for a few days to see if I could get it to fit comfortably but in the end it actually hurt my wrist. Fitbit needs to make the actual unit smaller for women. A smaller band is not the answer.

Step measuring is very inaccurate. Even when I am just driving, it counts every bump as a step

I was disappointed in how small face was and you couldn’t fit all info on screen at same time

It’s ok except that it tracks your steps when you are driving

It does everything I need it to do but it is also hard to navigate through and set up.

Works well, but once a week it stops syncing. You have to reboot the device to connect again.

When I try to Scroll to see my steps it's difficult I feel the screen is difficult to see

It does not sync with my iPhone SE. I want it to sync with my phone.

This is my 2nd fitbit. The one I bought burned out with normal use within 6 month. They sent me a replacement for free, and that one has a line through the screen and the buttons would stick. Now the screen is hard to see and just like my first fitbit, it won't hold a charge. I'm done buying fitbits

my Fit Bit quit working after 3 months. Very disappointed

Bought a variety of Fitbit models over the years. The most common problem is band durability.

I love it so much but after 2 months of use, the battery will no longer charge. Fitbit tried to walk me through every step to get it up and running. Now I wait for a "replacement part". Seems to be an ongoing problem with the Fitbit 3. I pray that the new one will work! I love the size. Not to big and not to small.
