I have been a fitbit wearer for 3 years. Upgraded from the charge 2 to the charge 3. What a piece of garbage. It constantly looses its pairing with Bluetooth and requires a full reset loosing all your data. Well that's if it will pair at all. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this model.

I returned it. The package said compatible with Windows. Actually it requires window 10 and is not backward compatible. When I upgrade to Windows 10, I may tray again.

After about half a year of wearing it off and on, the screen went out and none of the troubleshooting steps worked. After finally contacting customer support and going their troubleshooting checklist, they decided to send a refurbished replacement. The replacement screen turns on, but has something wrong either w the firmware or hardware inside because it needs to do a firmware update before u can even set it up, but the update would not work. I tried using android, iPhone, and Windows pc but it constantly fails. Horrible quality control. Decided to cut my losses and not waste any more time on it.

The screen for this fitbit keeps going blank and will not restart. I have went to my FitBit 2, have tried to restart numerous times for 3 weeks and will not restart. Have searched for several fixes and still can't get to work.

I've bought two of these in the past year. The Charge two I had before it worked just fine. The pedometer was kinda all over the place but the watch worked. Both Charge 3's that I've had have terrible batteries. It will go from 80% to 50% in just a few hours. The heart rate monitor says my heart beat is 175 bpm when I'm watching YouTube videos....but it's not. I will be returning this for a superior apple watch. Goodbye fitibit, you're a disappointment.

All of my activity trackers have been from Fitbit and they have all worked excellent, so I had high hopes for the charge 3. Unfortunately this garbage is as responsive and glitchy as the asian knock-offs. When you swipe it takes roughly 2-3 seconds to respond, I've had the device become unresponsive over 5 times where the touchscreen does nothing but it vibrates when you press the side button, and every other workout when you set the device to track you, it wont do anything at all. The charge 2 I use to have never let me down until I accidentally dropped it in a Port-o-Can, I may drop this one in there too....

Got one for 16 year old daughter, she thought it was beautiful, and very trendy! Fit Bit rushed to market before working out all the bugs, many problems and locking up could not do any thin! Great paper weight!!!

Previous owned the Charge and Charge 2 and enjoyed both products with some limitations. Purchased the Charge 3 and enjoyed it for a month before the dreaded "sad face" issue. Read threw the forums, tied the recommended fixes to no avail. After seeing how unhelpful FitBit was in offering customers support I decided to return the device. The firmware push they forced on users broke many of the devices (at random times) and for months the issue seemed to linger. Will be switching to a different brand

Did not like the Fitbit Charger. Stopped working after one year of owning. Poor product and mfg. would not stand behind the product. Should last longer than one.

only lasted a little over a year. Fitbit offered me 35% another fitbit. No thanks~ Too much to pay to not last any longer.

It is very pretty to look at. In the process of charging it became completely stuck. I even waited a week to run the battery down. Went right back to stuck. No on or off. Good to wait on this till the get the bugs out.

This is the second Fitbit Charge 3 I have purchased and each time the screen has gone black. I do not recommend purchasing the Fitbit model.

Bought this last December as a gift. Somehow this does not seem to last very long. Weird because it is supposed to be and "activity" tracker but it's not living up to its supposed function.

I came here today (10/3/2020) to see if this item was returnable. No! I bought this Fitbit in early August 2020 because I had had minimally invasive aortic valve replacement surgery on June 1, 2020. I wanted this item to help monitor my heart rate during exercise, unfortunately, the BMP feature has become dysfunctional making this product worthless to me. I barely owned it two (2) months. What Best Buy, no money back guarantee for the goods you sell? This is not the first item I have purchased and needed to Return?Exchange

Rating might have been better if product worked and if we could have gone into the store to shop. Luckily there isn't another electronics store close or you would have lost my business.

I picked this up about a year ago, it worked fine for maybe 6 months and the functionality began to decline. The face of the watch would black out and not come back on for hours at a time, it also stopped lighting up when I brought it up to my face, and had connectivity issues. I contacted customer service because it was well within the warranty and they would not do anything to resolve the issues. Don't waste your time or money

Only where this thing to get 50 bucks a month off my health insurance. Reminds me of a house arrest ankle bracelet - its always there. Oh, step counter is off...but in my favor so gave 2 stars instead on one

We have purchased a FitBit Charge 3 twice. Both times the screen has gone black and stopped working within several weeks. The FitBit will still synch data to a mobile phone but screen display is black.

We have an Android 4.4.2 phone, which is not compatible with the Fitbit software. After over an hour on the phone with the Fitbit representative trying to get me to try different things, (after I told him I had an older OS, is there an older Fitbit SW version?) he could not supply older versions of the software or help in any way. The Fitbit was returned to the store. The question: Would I recommend this to a friend? requires a Yes or No answer to post this comment. Since I cannot tell how the Fitbit worked, I am answering no. Otherwise, I'm sure it is probably a good product.

I PURCHASED THIS BECAUSE I AM DIABETIC AND WANT TO INCORPORATE A SWIMMING WORKOUT INTO MY DAY. PURCHASED MOSTLY FOR THE VIBRATE FUNCTION THAT DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH OOMPH TO ALERT ME . TOOK IT BACK SADLY.
