    I was excited to receive enjoyed for about 2 weeks then died . Went to store had service people look at then decided to give me a new one. Excited again then died again went to store again could not fix . Offered a new one said no thank you I will wait until there glitches or issues resolved.

    I've owned a fitbit since the beginning. Since the first one to come out. I think this maybe the worse, especially since they've changed the in store return policy. I've only had it a month and it's not working any more.

    This is probably the MOST disappointing Best Buy purchase I've ever made!! The time is shaded and or blurry, the individual screens are too small to read. The Charge 2 was survivable for a couple of years, they decided the Charge 3 was an improvement...Horrible!!

    It stopped being able to charge after 3 weeks. I tried different charging cables and it still wouldn't recognize the charger. This was right in the middle of covid so by time a store was open was past the 30 days or would have got it exchanged.

    I tried to charge it , multiple times, and a few days at a time would not charge, returned it and the second one would not charge after the first charge, so I returned because the reviews all complained about the charging

    I really like the idea of what the product is supposed to do but I have had to replace the last three just outside of the one year warranty. The company's return and replacement process is disingenuous and flies in the face of good customer service.

    I purchased the Fitbit in the black version as a birthday gift for husband, and purchased this one for myself. Both Fitbits were miscounting the steps and were constantly freezing. I ended up returning them.

    In just 4 months the battery won’t charge. Looking at my Best Buy purchases after only 16 days from delivered the Fitbit was non returnable. Time now to hope there at least a year manufacture warranty. Paid $160 worked good while it lasted. Is this another use and throw away?

    I bought this one and it would not charge, I brought it back and exchanged it for another. The one I got in exchange was even worse - it did not come with the reset on the side . Very very poor workmanship. I will not buy a Fitbit again.

    I had been a Fitbit user for years. But when I upgraded to this Fitbit it was disappointing. Screen was dim and could not be read outside or inside in some lighting conditions. Fitbit support could not have cared less. I am now a Garmin user.

    wife loved it because she could use it in the pool. now very disappointed because the light went out after only about a month and best buy said she has to got through fitbit to get it replaced. I should have bought from costco but i didn't expect it to break this fast.

    Never works half of the time. The only functions that seem to work is time and heart rate. What a monumental waste of money. It will not stay linked with my smart phone. I am really sorry that I bought it. It was a total waste and loss of money.

    It does not work by itself. It must be connected to a phone which is very disappointing. I wanted it to just trake my steps and distance traveled. The Fitbit is not compatible with certain phones, particularly old phones.

    This is my third fitbit. All past fitbits have been a Charge 2. The Charge 3 does a poor job of tracking physical activities. In checking other reviews I discovered this is an ongoing problem.
