One month in and I'm already looking at a black screen. Tried restarting it and while it did come back on for a few minutes, it got so hot I couldn't wear it. A lot of money for only 30 days of use.

Told me I did 13 flights of stairs and I didn't do any. Also told me I had steps just by driving my bus. It counts every bump in the road as a step and every hill as stairs. Also notification s don't come thru right. I returned and got a galaxy watch.

I purchased this in feb and it has quit working all together. Stopped syncing to my phone. Vibrates nonstop for no reason. Only good thing is after contacting Fitbit they are replacing it with the same thing or a different one. Whichever I pick.

The fitbit Charge 3 didn't work. I contacted Fitbit and received 2 new pebbles ( at different times) and still could not get the device to turn on either though I was chatting with Fitbit. I ended up returning the device.

The fitbit charger 3 does not work. It won't turn on. The button on the side is stuck inside the watch and can't turn the appliance on.

Not happy with it. The major flaw is in arm movement registering as steps while you are sitting or just raising arm. Deceitful major flaw in watch. Now I only use for heart beat tracking. Not happy with it at all.

This product is not good, period. It is hard to use or navigate, works as expected (as it captures what it is supposed to do) but the buttons and the way the application should work is all but user friendly.

The design of the charger is poor. Was able to charge it upon receipt but when it needed a recharge it was unable to take the charge and the deism of the charger does not create a nice fit. Have since returned to the store.

This is about the fifth Fitbit I’ve had and my least favorite. There is no stem and cannot use as a watch like I’ve been able to with other ones. Least user friendly of all my Fitbits. Buy a different model!

I have been so happy with the purchase of this device up until last week. Its been only 9 months of usage and the battery is drained after 8 or 10 hours, before that it did last about a week!

After 2 years of ownership the screen brightness has become so dim it's virtually unreadable. This appears to be a known issue with no fix. Also the band tore after about a year of use.

First one lasted 4 weeks and then I had to charge it morning and night, returned it and got another. This one less than 4 weeks and the light no longer works, I can see everything on my phone but nothing on my wrist.

Got as a birthday gift. It does not accurately count Steps, Flights of Stairs, Activity etc. food and fluid intake is much more easily handled by e.g. MyFitnessPal. Waste of Money. Get a simple pedometer instead.
