I enjoyed my Fit-Bit, but it died after 6 months of use. The wrist bands fall apart frequently. Product reliability is very poor. I have encouraged numerous family members to get one. I won't do that again.

I upgraded my Charge 2 to the Charge 3. It required a 30 min upgrade once I received it and then it wouldn't swipe at all so the functions were useless. I returned it and upgraded to the Versa. Very disappointing.

Funny this email requesting a review came today, because yesterday, after less than a month having this, the screen quit working. It's still syncing, but can't see the time or anything. Not happy :(

Bought it online. Did not come with any paper documents like Warranty or Set Up instructions etc. The Display characters are hard to read; display should have been brighter.

I had to exchange this watch almost immediately. It never worked right out of the box. It won’t connect and the one I got on the exchange started doing the same thing within 4 months. Don’t buy

Own a Fitbit One and Charge 2.Both STILL work perfectly.Ionic,Charge 3 and latest Charge all returned.Would not stay synced with Galaxy 9 phone.Bought Galaxy Watch which is perfect

Only had this item for 6 days until it fell off my wrist due to the snaps of the band not being very tight. If you’re very active I would not suggest this it will fall off of your wrist.

Packaging failed to note OS required. Not discovered until I tried to initiate the unit. Unit would not charge, as well. Returned for refund.

I swapped a Fitbit HR 2 for the HR 3, hoping to enjoy the new features. The major drawback was the small font size on the rather large screen. I returned the watch within a day and went back to my HR 2.

Only could keep track of 1 Charge 3 on the app which made the whole point useless because I bought one for me and one for mu eight year old daughter. It was a nickel- cadmium burn.

I bought this for my wife as a Mother's Day present. The battery stopped charging 4 days after the return period. Best Buy didn't offer a protection plan for this product. Now I know why!

There was no clock unless I purchased one and I didn't think it was worth it without at least showing the time. The other displays were too small for me to see. I returned it.

I was unable to pair with my windows 10 so I was unable to participate in wellness program thru employer. The time became inaccurate and that also could not be fixed as it would not sync.

This was awful ... and Best Buy doesn't seem to give you any way to contact them about it. I won't be buying anything from Best Buy again as it was NOT a Best Buy!!!

It was working. All of a sudden the time is 6-30 minutes behind and not syncing with the iPhone. Fitbit says they will send a replacement, but this is seriously very disappointing.

You need a smart phone or computer to use this. Due to the fact I didn't realize that only or I would not have purchased. Again this is based on not being knowledgeable about the item.

I purchased this Fitbit as a birthday gift for husband. It was miscounting the steps and constantly freezing. I had to return it.

Had it for about 3 months before it just stopped connecting to my phone did every troubleshooting step they recomended online and it would not stay connected.

Went from2 to this 3 and absolutely pitiful performance. Returned it and would not recommend at all. Will not pick up your activity.

Before I sold this, I only used it for steps, HR, and notifications. I could never get more than one day of battery when it was supposed to have up to one week.
