Would have solved a lot of my frustration. Either that or include a comprehensive handbook with my Fitbit charge 3. As a senior I need a little xtra help. When I DID call for help as the watch was not showing accurate time, a very patient technician named Daniel walked me through the fix! Hopefully I will not have any more difficulty!

Trusted and reliable with good battery life

This is exactly what I expected. The screen is nice and easy to read and the touch screen interface works as expected. I was not as big of a fan of the band that comes with it so I found an "Apple Watch" like wrist band that works well.
