Great product, Not all data

(not my thing) Another part of the reason for the 1 star drop is they don't offer protection plans for these anymore. Have had issue in the past of quality of the builds, now no option to replace if bad, only option is to go through Fitbit themselves.

Great but...

The info says it will hold a charge for up to 7 days. I have yet to see this length of time even new out of the box once fully charged. It’s more like 4-5 days. Also, it will freeze up so you can’t swipe. You can fix it with a shut down/reboot of both watch and the phone it’s connected to, but still worth mentioning as a con.
