Enjoy my new Fitbit, and the reminder to receive to walk and what my heart rate is at all times.

I like my Fitbit a lot! Compared to past fitbits (charge 1 and 2) this one is more sturdy and capable of a lot more. The biggest downside is it doesn’t sync well with my iPhone. Even when I have all day sync on, it only syncs when I open the Fitbit app. This (at times) can take a while to sync, causing some annoyances. I do really enjoy the Fitbit though and all it does!

Love my fitbit. Easy to set up. Comfortable. love that I can get my phone messages on it too.

Excellent for daily tracking with heart rate. Also does phone notifications for texts & calls.

Mom loves to exercise everyday. All information from Fitbit boost up her motivation so much.

I bought this fitbit for my father. His band and the charger have broken. I have gone in circles with support. Mostly on twitter, that is how they respond. In addition I had purchased a Fibit Charge 3 for myself in June I had a Fitbit Charge 2 that I loved but it died. This one was so much more difficult to use. They replaced the button with "swiping" which doesn't always work. And, the display was getting dimmer and dimmer, now it is black. I tried all of their resetting methods and finally just gave up. If you check the community forums you will see all the complaints about this.

I had an old Fitbit that needed upgraded. This one had the features i needed. The feature where you can see a text msg and be alerted when someone is calling you and who it is is something I didn’t realize I needed until I had it and now that is one of my favorite things. I also think it is much easier to charge than my old one and charges very quickly. I love how it alerts when I am not getting up and walking.

Bought this for my father in law, he loves how easy its to use and navigate.

I would have given this a 5 star but I’ve only had it for about a month and I’ve already had it go “black screen” while it was charged so I had to Force-quit restart it. Still 4 stars due to the restart button (held down 8 seconds) is much larger than the last versions and the charger cable has a larger opening to hold that button down. It really is a nice product

The only complaint I have is with the plastic bands. It's summer, it's hot....underneath the band, I have a constant heat rash and open sores from the band. I just ordered a weaved band, I truly hope this helps my situation. If not, I will have to give up wearing my band in the summer months. I will not be happy, if I have to do this.

I enjoy wearing my Fitbit and the way it works and tracts my steps and sleep!

I got this for my husband he really likes it. He can see how much he walks at work.

I wear it daily to keep track of my activities. It does steps,heart rate, sleep.

This has been my least favorite fitbit since I started using their devices. It’s been glitchy, and there have been syncing issues the entire time I’ve had it. The features are nice, and the app is great. But that doesn’t outweigh the syncing or freezing issues.

I purchased this for my 71 year old dad and he loves it! It was easy for him to set up and use.

Like that I can see my steps. Also can see whose calling and texting. Lots of great features.
