For instance, I will have slepped 4.6 hours. My reading will show a 63, then when I sleep 4.7 hours it shows a lower reading. Strange, just don't trust the numbers that are shown. By older fiber was perfect.

Great fitness band for anyone

She wanted something that would monitor her sleep, heat rate and steps. It was easy to set up and has been easy for her to use along with the app. She likes the weekly reports and it has definitely shown her that she needs to be up and moving more. The reminders to move have been really helpful!

I do have a couple of issues. The biggest being that I frequently have to resync the watch to my IPhone. The others really aren’t worth mentioning, they don’t really interfere with the main purpose of having this device. Which, of course, is to remind me to get up and move setting during the day. And for that I really enjoy having it.
