A lot with a time, date, number of steps, calories burned, remind to take steps. I couldn’t ask for anything more to help my mom stay active and remember to be active. The app that you download with it, it extremely accurate with a weekly comparison list. Best gift, that has made me the favorite son!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded to this version and find it much improved with the screen much clearer than in the past My only problem was that even though it updated the software before I even put it on, it took a call to customer service to find out how to get the alarms to work properly. They worked for 2 days then stopped working. For some reason you need to actually turn it off then back on. Works perfectly now.

I’ve had to purchase a new watch recently because this one died and it will not reboot. A little expensive for something you have to replace every two years. If it weren’t for that it would be an excellent review.
