||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is an upgrade to a Fitbit Flex that I'd had for a little over 3 and a half years that was showing its age due to the battery showing its age and randomly shutting off at inconvenient times, especially when I needed a silent alarm. I'm limited to what I can wear at work and this one fit all the requirements. It's nice to have a watch again and being able to use Fitpay at the register is pretty convenient.

Fitbit worked for 4 days and then wouldn’t synch

I attempted everything possible that I could to problem solve the issue and tried all recommendations from Fitbit and other online posts and couldn’t remedy the issue. Without the ability to synch the watch was essentially useless for me other then providing the time and counting steps. I was mostly attracted to the sleep tracker, alarm function and HR/exercise analysis on the app but I couldn’t access it. After 9 days of trying to fix and being unsuccessful, I decided to return for full refund. Best Buy was excellent to work with in the return.

We mainly use it to track steps and calories burned. We feel more inclined to take extra steps during the day just to hit the 10K mark and more. We love how you can buy extra straps (ex. brown leather) as well to better match outfits outside of gym wear. Can't wait to see what Fitbit comes out with next!
