This watch was purchased for my mother in law. She loved it. It was easy to use.

This Fitbit is small and effective at tracking all the steps I do for the day.

Much needed upgrade!! This fitbit's battery actually last a whole week!! LOVE IT!

I have been a Fitbit customer for YEARS! I finally decided to upgrade again and I was so excited about the charge 3 the day I bought it. Unfortunately I have been emailing Fitbit’s customer support every week, sometimes multiple times trying to figure out why syncing has been such an issue. While their support team has been attentive and helpful, I’m still having issues with sleep tracking showing on the watch, syncing will fail or stop midway through and takes multiple tries to sync up on my iphone until finally syncing. Tracking exercise manually doesn’t “count” towards your exercise goal for the week (something I don’t recall from previous fitbits ive owned). Needless to say, I’m disappointed but hopeful it’ll work out.

Love my Fitbit ! I thought it was a real hoot when I earned my first badge. I want to push myself to do more. Love the way it monitors my pulse and sleep. Explains a lot about what is normal for sleep. Easier to use than I thought it would be. Says it is water resistant, but I’m a little hesitant to try that feature out. Looking forward to seeing what other badges I can uncover.

The Fitbit is attractive, easy to use and a great way to track exercise.

Love the Fitbit. Great app, easy to use even for my husband who is not tech savvy.

I absolutely love this FitBit! The battery lasts about 10 days, and that hasn't changed months later. Once in a while the screen goes blank, but Google that and it's an easy fix - and you don't lose your data. I wish they came with 3 bands to swap out, but that's the only "complaint" I can think of!

Great battery life and more features than my charge 2 had

I purchased this for my husband as a way for him to improve his fitness level by seeing what was going on in real time. He had stopped wearing watches mostly because he could not find one that fit well until this one, and as an added benefit, it does so much more than just give the time. I am so pleased with his desire to meet his step goal and try to lead a more active lifestyle.

This is a very easy item to setup with the app. Wife even found it easy.

Love the watch features but wish the dat was more prevalent on the face.

Easy too use and keep track of her steps! The Fitbit is also nice looking too
