I have been a Fit Bit user for many years and went from the Charge 2 to the Charge 3. Although it is marketed as being water resistant to 50 m (i.e. good for swimming), it is not. Twice I had to return it because it started pulsing and then the screen went blank. With the most recent replacement from FitBit (December 2019), I made a point to not wear it swimming, but now I am having the same issue. When it works, I love the features, the app, and the ability to connect via the Facebook community but am frustrated by having to return it on a regular basis. My husband also bought one in May and has already had to send his back and wait for a replacement as well.

This watch is very easy to use and I love that it is waterproof.

A vast improvement over my old ALTA. Battery seems to last longer too.

I was surprised how much I've been using my fitbit Charge 3. The heart rate tracking and sleep monitoring have been really great. I had started a change in my fitness regimen a few months before. This has helped me change more habits than I expected. All good. There are also all kinds of replacement bands available on line that really make this more than just a fitness tool.

I have owned, and loved, my Charge 2 for almost two years. I decided to move up to the Charge 3 because it is water resistant, and can be worn while swimming. Also, it gives more details on the various categories. I also like the warning that the time is 10 minutes away from the top of the hour. it also gives you various options on how you want the watch face to look.

I love my new fitbit.It keeps me motivated to reach my goal each day.

I've had multiple versions of Fitbit products and none have lasted very long. I debated giving the brand another shot and decided to give it one last try. I love the features but only time will tell if they have improved the quality of their product and it will last a reasonable amount of time.

I owned the first Charge HR model for almost 3 years and had to get a one because the blue tooth no longer works due bumping into things. This Charge HR3 has a touch screen and shows more features on the Fitbit. The first one doesn't shows all the features unless you look into the app on your phone. The look of the Fitbit have a classy look and the wrist bands are changeable.

Got it for Christmas last year and it keep tracks of all my steps

I got the all black design and have worn all day every day for the past week. The clock face with hands (my choice) is so much easier to read than squinting at a digital readout. I love that I can see my steps and heart rate without changing screens. I like that I can see who is texting me - personal choice not having my call alert on. Overall really impressed!
