    Good tracker

My first tracker and seems to work well for heart rate and steps. It must use elevation to record stairs. If I go to basement and back up, it doesn't record the flight of stairs. If I walk up a hill, it thinks I climbed a flight of stairs.

Great Fitbit Charge! Update from Charge 2

I used to have a Charge 2 that I eventually died after getting constantly wet. It did everything well for a fitness tracker but it wasn't water resistant. The Charge 3 changes the game with being a 50m water resistant. I've had this for weeks now and I'm very pleased with its performance overall.

It was awesome until one day it started vibrating randomly and it stopped working at all. I had owned it less than a year. The bands that came with it also cracked and I had to get new ones.

This is great, I should have bought one a long time ago! I'm working on getting healthier and this will definitely do the trick. Well worth the money. Also, I had a question about one of the options, went to a FitBit online chat and had my question answered right away. Very happy I made this purchase.

Bought this for my wife and it just stopped working less than a month after purchase. It was great until then. Of course, Best Buy happily exchanged it for a new one. Hope this one lasts longer.

Good quality upgrade from the charge 2

I have owned 2x charge HR 2 models and both the bands fell completely apart with the only option to have the entire unit replaced. This model seems to have fixed those flaws. Finding some of the options can be a lil confusing so it takes time to master.

    Lots of Features

There are a ton of great features on this model of Fitbit but it was a gift for a 90 year old who likes to count her steps. The clock is large enough to read but the step counter is so small she can only read it after she syncs with her phone. Since she is 90 she also needs help syncing with her phone.

I needed to get back into tracking my health and fitness. This watch/fitbit made it so easy to do just that. Tracking is easy and the best part is showing the doctors what is being tracked. Great addition to any fitness buff or someone that needs to start tracking their lifestyle!

This is my second Fitbit product. Had my first for three years. No problems, still works great! I just wanted something with more features. Love the size watch size. Taking a little time for me to figure it all out but I’m not to tech-y! So far so good! Wish the screen was a little brighter.

    Fitbit not that great.

I like my Fitbit, but it definitely has issues. The first one I got didn't work at all, black screen, so I had to exchange it. New one didn't last a year before it quit working and it had to be replaced. So far number three is still working. Hopefully it will continue to work. My husband's would never correct the time when we traveled overseas. I got it working when we got back home. He was so frustrated with it, he quit wearing his. I think for the money, it's not really worth it. I expected better. Next purchase probably won't be a Fitbit.

This is my first fitness tracker. It does everything as advertised. I liked the whole concept so much that I spent the extra money for a Versa, which has more features. Very happy with the Versa, but if you don't need the extras, you'll be happy with the Charge 3.

This device works great. I just took a new job where I am sitting all day at a desk. This Fitbit reminds me to get up and move every hour. It makes me aware of how little exercise I was getting. Having friends on the app and having a 'step challenge' is also motivating. I really enjoy this Fitbit.

I loved my previous fitbit and decided to upgrade when my old on kicked the bucket. I really like this fitbit but I have to admit it felt a bit heavy on my wrist at first. I got used to it and it's great now! Love that I can see who texts or calls me. So cool.

My previous purchase of the same model finally failed and could not be repaired, I purchased the same model because I love to swim and it works well in the water & out. It has interchangeable bands, a watch, date, heart rate, counts stairs, calories & miles. I love it!

I really dig the Charge 3. It’s simple and the App is so easy to use and informative. Tells you everything you need to know when trying to get in shape and get better sleep. The only reason for just 4 stars is I wish it had GPS built in.

This is a really great watch! I have changed the band to a gold one and it hasn't skipped a beat. I love that it tracks my sleeping patterns and provides notifications via phone. Somehow, I have lost the charger a few times during travel for work. I wish that the charger was no so unique.

My wife dislikes LED text & lights. But she dislikes even more constantly charging & losing her old small Fitbit that fit into her bracelet. I got her a couple extra stylish wristbands and she is a happy wearer. This was a win for both of us.

My second Fitbit (started with a series 2) and the series 3 has performed perfectly thus far. Sleeker design and works very well with my IPhone X. Love their fitness app and provides very good tracking information for my sleep, fitness, calorie and water consumption. Highly recommended.

I like the features, but it is not user friendly. In addition, the display is very dim. In addition, if you are using the stopwatch, you cannot go back to see the time. I do like that it is waterproof.

So far so good. It took me some time to figure out how to set this up properly, but it's easy to use. The only thing that could be better would be adjustable brightness control. It's very hard to read when wearing sunglasses or out in strong sunshine.
