I bought this gift for my mom for her birthday. She really liked my smart watch, but did not like how big the watch face was for when she was sleeping. This fit bit has all the fitness aspects of the Versa, but has a smaller watch face. My mom absolutely loves it!

This is a great piece for someone who doesn't want a big bulky watch type of thing to wear. I have very small wrists, to the Apple Watch would not look good on me.. This is a nice piece with a lot of nice features. I like the color too.

My phone stops pushing updates to the device from time to time and i have to restart the app again so it would work. On top of that i have to keep bluetooth on all the time. Would have been better if it had wifi connectivity either.

This is a great watch for exercising, keeping up with your steps and my favorite feature is the sleep analysis. I upgraded to an Apple Watch and gave this to my friend and she says she doesn’t know how she lived without one.

I am disappointed in the product life cycle on these Charge watches. I had the original one and it lasted about a year, now got these for my mom and same thing one year. The display screen started to have dead pixels, making it not readable. The warranty did send us a new one and within 6 months it's doing the same. I personal switched to Apple Watch and it's been going great with no issues for the last 4 years. I guess for a third of the price you can afford to keep replacing the Fitbit, just a pain to have to keep switching out especially they are different every version.

I bought the charge 3 after using the Alta HR for a while. I really like the size of the screen. It’s a huge difference when u compare it it the Alta HR. The only thing I don’t like is that at night if I move my arm it comes on and it’s really bright so it blinds me

I bought this mainly to track fitness but it says it also tracks messages and phone calls ... I never received 1 message and don’t receive 70% of the calls on this device. But that being said this is an amazing fitness tracker

Watch is perfect in everyway for me. I don't know exactly why other people have a problem. I just in case take it off before I get into any water. Pretty accurate to step count. I just like that I can read my blood oxygen and sleep pattern better .

this fitbit is an upgrade from an earlier version. it fits well, it keeps heart rate, it reminds us to get and move (250 steps/hr) and keeps track of spinning and cycling. sleep patterns are interesting, not using the social media features. pleased with the purchase.

I didn't realize how little I moved! My original goal was 2500 steps a day. Then I went to 5000. Now I'm at 7500 steps a day and could easily move it to 10,000. It reminds me to move every hour; which is something I very much need since I sit at a desk all day for work.

While most of the watch kind of works, nothing works well. The screen went black after a month because it only had 40% charge, when I try to clear text messages it tells me to check my phone or wifi, even though I'm right next to it. You have to push a button to see the time or stats, and it only stays on for 2 seconds. The watch band is cheaper than the Charge 2, and I thought that was a piece of junk. And there are no instructions anywhere on how to turn off the silent alarm. All in all, very disappointing.

I like this version of Fitbit because it has a water resistant feature and it did away with the different sizes (large and small) by providing a wrist bands selection. However the bands could have been made better.

My husband has had this for several months. He is extremely active and this watch has kept up. He exercises 6 days a week and sweats a lot and the watch has remained efficient. He’s even swam with it in the pool a few times this month and no problem whatsoever.

I upgraded from the fitbit Alta, to the Charge 3. Great decision. I love the added features that the Charge 3 brings. Especially the heart-rate tracker. You can set reminders and also get emails and texts thru the Charge 3. I highly recommend this device.

Upgraded from a charge2, and it was quite an upgrade. The new larger display and touch screen capabilities make it very easy to see and navigate the considerable number of menus and capabilities. A very nice feature is that the 3 comes with both sizes of bands included.

Easy to read numbers. Responds quickly and easily can be brought back to wrist watch function. It is accurate in determining heart rate. Easy to determine the number of steps taken in 24 hours, the number of times one goes up stairs. It has an attractive wrist band.

I have had this charge 3 for 10 months and the display started going dim in January until lit went totally black. I’ve had to help from fitbit. They say it’s a software issue and are working on a fix. What happens after April when my warranty runs out?? ( I have owned 3 got its previous to this one with no problem) Fitbit customer service has been continual canned messages with no response to a replacement.

The screen size is a lot bigger than the previous generation, it’s easier to read and is very sturdy! It has an awesome feature where your friends who have fit bits can compete against each other. It makes exercising fun again. I would highly recommend this to anyone
