I could have bought my FITBIT CHARGE 3 anywhere. I chose best buy for the personal service I received. That made the big difference.

Dosen't have a big list of workouts and It won't let me record the first 10 minutes of a workout, other than that I like it.

Basically the same from my perspective. I don't use all the advanced features. The display is more bright so a bit easier to read.

Great for basic step counting and general heart rate. Neither are exact but they are close enough to give you and idea of how you are doing.

I had the Charge 2 and broke it while working. I purchased the Charge 3 from BB. It's a great little devicee.very happy with it.

Great purchase! I am more mindful with trying to stay active and have a healthier life style.

I love my new Fitbit. First, the breathable band is so comfortable. I like the larger face over my old Fitbit. Looks great too.

The perfect Christmas gift for my on the go grandson. He loved it and I am sure will increase his miles and grow with him to track his body functions.

Awesome Activity tracker! Set up was seamless! Fit is great, along with it being adjustable! Great choice of colors!

I haven't really had any complaints on the Charge 3, however I feel like it should be in color considering the price point.

This tracker does everything except answer the phone. Sometimes it freezes when wet but other that that it does it’s job.

On mother’s day I had 12k steps and that was probably my most relaxing day. I’m sure I didn't even reach 3k steps that day. I watched the Fitbit count steps while we were driving to my sisters house. She lives an hour away from me and it counted the entire trip! I continued noticing this issue every time I left to run errands! I contacted Fitbit and they said it’s a known issue. I would never purchase a fit bit again and don’t recommend it to anyone.

This device was a gift to my wife. She wears it everywhere and all of the time. The fitbit helps her to reach and keep track of her fitness goals.

It's a good fit watch. Couple days after I purchased the watch, the price dropped by $25. Should have waited for couple more days.

My daughter loves her new watch. It helps her keep track of her steps and keeps her detached from her phone for a longer time. It’s an awesome watch.

Got this for my mom. She loves it. She uses it to track her steps and her sleeping habits. She is more active ever since i bought this for her.

I like that I can see my text messages and see who's calling me. I also like the feature on it where I can do like breathing exercises.

It’s a decent product but it didn’t work while I was kickboxing which is what I wanted it for.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. Only time she takes it off is when she showers or charges it. She keeps track of everything with the app
