    Fitbit charge 3 has lot of features: tracks steps, calories, stairs, heartrate, miles, work outs tracked during the week

    So far Fit Bit seems to monitor well. Heart rate, sleep patterns, water aerobics, syncs with MyFitnessPal.

    This Fitbit is far more accurate than other apps, such as MapMyRun. Definitely a great buy with a lot of features.
