    The display of information is too small and difficult to view especially when exercising. These changes make this model inferior to others. I would not recommend it.

    Has some great functions- tracking lots of information. Very difficult to get set up and working properly, especially pairing with a cell phone. It took well over an hour to get it to pair, and I’m not fully sure what I did to get it to work. Now that it works, it works great.

    The silent alarm does not work on my FitBit Charge 3. This seems to be a common problem among users that FitBit really should fix asap. Considered exchanging it, but would probably still get one with the same problem. If this is not fixed soon, may consider returning it. FitBit really should have done their quality control better, and should act more quickly to resolve this issue. Tried all the recommended fixes, but no luck. Anyway, we shouldn't have to go through all this on a brand new purchase that should be working properly in the first place.
