    The silent alarm does not work on my FitBit Charge 3. This seems to be a common problem among users that FitBit really should fix asap. Considered exchanging it, but would probably still get one with the same problem. If this is not fixed soon, may consider returning it. FitBit really should have done their quality control better, and should act more quickly to resolve this issue. Tried all the recommended fixes, but no luck. Anyway, we shouldn't have to go through all this on a brand new purchase that should be working properly in the first place.

    This is like a Stairmaster or rowing machine that you wear on your wrist. The upside is that it doesn't take up much space, and will tell you what time it is. The downside is that you can't hang your clothes on it when the novelty and motivation wears off in three days.
