    just purchased the charge 3. and have not been able to sync with my galaxy 8s+. since dec 1. i had no problems with my previous fitbit, i have reset and restarted and nothing. i am very disappointed.

    Face surface scratches to easy. Only had the Charge 3 for 12 hours went to make a bed at work and scratched the face on the wood headboard, not so happy. Would recommend it to others but tell them to purchase a face cover if available.
