    It is not accurate. I have reset it, rebooted it, tried all the tricks on the internet and I am so disappointed in this thing. Steps, active minutes, and especially the stairs option are never even close. I logged 61 flights of stairs one day and didn't climb a single step. I also got over 6,000 steps on a day that I was in a car for 19 hours. I have wanted a fitbit for a very long time, since the first charge came out. I was SO disappointed when I finally broke down and bought us each one. Mine logged an hour an a half nap when I was folding laundry and vacuuming. His currently says he has walked over 5,000 steps today and he hasn't left his chair except to use the bathroom twice. I do not know why everyone is so fitbit crazy, from what I can tell, they are junk. and I am sorry I bought ours!!
