    Fitbit has a good reputation, has great features, is easy to setup; however, the two Charge 3s I bought one lasted three weeks the other five before they died. BestBuy replaced both and so far the new ones are alive and well. I wear my Fitbit swimming - you have to select swimming prior to getting into the pool because if the face is a bit wet it is extremely difficult to make the exercise selection and start the timer.

    BB website offered extended warranty and accidental damage. Staff didn't offer and extended warranty. It was a replacement for a Chsrge 2 that died outside of warranty
