    Inaccurate

The heart rate sensor is all over the place, goes up to 145 bpm while sitting, then back down to normal. I measured my heart rate manually, and with a different monitor, at the same time that this was measuring at 145 bpm, and both of the other measurements were at 71 bpm. When I called Fitbit, they said that there was nothing they could do. Basically an overpriced pedometer. (Even though it doesn't count steps very accurately either.)

I’ve purchased this Charge 3 less than three months and the battery has already fails to keep a charge for more than 2 hours, then overheated and won’t turn on. This is my 3rd Fitbit in 4 years. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A FITBIT AGAIN!!! My next purchase will be a smart watch,

compact size, lightweight, OK for daily wear

it serves minimally my needs. If I accept and use the readings from it as purely relative for one day to another; it is OK. The step count data isn't accurate and much larger than other pedometers. The blood pressure readings are definitely questionable. Stair data invalid. However, if I use the device simply as a personal indicator of my daily activity, one day against another; the device does have value as a motivator, i.e. it's convenient.

    The worst fitbit

I was very excited to start using this watch, I got home and read the instructions, I charged the watch 3 times, I couldn’t get it to work, when I returned it, the employee told me that the Fitbit is not a product, that it would be vest if I buy an Apple Watch. I won’t buy any of the Fitbit anymore, I wasted my time. ☹️

We bought the extended warranty on this and now they no longer offer it. We had to replace the new one already because it didn't charge.

At first i was thrilled with this fit bit which was given to me as a gift. I loved that I was able to sync to my smart phone. However, not a month later the display no linger works :(. Very disaapointing as I dont abuse or get it wet. For the money I should have got an apple watch.

    Very Inaccurate Mileage

The good: Comfortable, easy to use, good choice of exercise shortcuts. The bad: Mileage is remarkably inaccurate if stride length is set automatically. To get close to accurate mileage I had to set the stride length manually a ridiculous amount, 41 inches for brisk walking on roads and 28 inches for hiking on trails. The map generated is pathetic compared to those generated by Garmin watches.

It is Feb 16 2020..now I am having problems with it, over night the time went an hour behind. I put it on the charger to reset it and it won't. I am not able to even get it connected to my phone. To spend that kind of money 6 months later to have problems.

Very comfortable band. Nice face size for quick view of time, date, steps and heart rate....which is all I use this for. It has many other features which always seem to pop up and make it complicated to just get to a quick view of the TIME OF DAY. I'm sure there is a way to block all of that however I am not techi enough to know how to do that so this fitbit frustrates me!

I didnt realize how limited this watch was. It's only black and white. You do not have any options for watch faces. It is not wireless charging and it doesnt even come with a charger. Just a USB cable. You have to find your own charger brick. Getting a Galaxy Active isntead. MUCH better watch for only $30 more.

Worked for awhile, but now need to de-install from my phone & reinstall every day because it won't sync otherwise. I have bookmarked a page on my laptop for the instructions on how to reboot so I can get the syncing information. Shame on Fitbit for selling this piece of junk!

I bought both Charge 3 and Alta HR because there were no samples to try on. I liked the look of Alta HR for me so I returned Charge 3.
