This is my second Fitbit Charge. The first one just died. This one isn’t as easy to read.

Worked good at first but display became harder to see. Taking a walk, I could not see the display at all, even after adjusting the brightness setting. Then 1 year and 2 months later, it quit entirely. Could not be reset, even by Fitbit tech support.

I originally ordered my Fitbit Charge 3 in December, but by March or April the display screen was marred with black lines that prevented me from properly seeing anything. Luckily, Fitbit honored the warranty and sent me a replacement. This one lasted until the following April and then the screen began randomly going blank. The only way to get the display to return was to reset it. This was happening several time a day and then finally stopped turning on altogether. Fitbit would not replace this one since my warranty apparently Only cover for a year after the original purpose. Very disappointed that both my original purchase and the replacement broke within a single year, with no rough treatment whatsoever. I really liked the Charge 3 when it worked. It’s too bad I won’t be buying from Fitbit again.

I use Fitbit before, and it was a great experience. Now, the device won't sync to my phone oh, it has been a total frustration. I have checked the forums, and have done what they said. None of my problems have been solved. It is going back to the store

    Erratic Heart Beat

I really wanted to like my first Fitbit. I purchased it primarily so that I could monitor my heart rate while exercising on the treadmill and elliptical at my local YMCA. Unfortunately, it gave me erratic results and so I returned it after bringing it with me to the gym five times. I really wanted to like it.

If you're looking for a cheap fitness tracker its for you. I ended up getting an Apple Watch for birthday and love it so much more, but I also use it for other purposes. So if you just need a step tracker / heart rate monitor then id recommend.

After two months it stopped registering to the app then it just stopped working. So disappointing. Waiting on a replacement of the face after speaking to a non-helpful Fitbit customer service. What a hassle and not worth it.
