Not happy with how it tracks stairs. Old fitbit worked better

this item did not work for me, more than what i needed

It very difficult to enjoy especially with everything in color

Don't bother buying the Charge 3. Bought this for my fiance in Dec2018. In February the screen stopped working and it over-heated. I called Fitbit and 3 weeks later got a replacement that 1. won't install a required update and 2. Screen does not turn on. So twice this product has failed. Not giving it another chance to be let down again.

I fully charge it and then the next day it’s dead. It comes of my wrist at night(I had the charge 2 before this and never had a problem). This one seems to have a hard time getting my heart rate. I would not recommend the charge 3, it has way too many problems with it. I wish I never upgraded.

The product is awful! This is my second Fitbit charge 3. I had it for 1 month and it stopped working. It just keeps flashing and vibrating draining the battery. I suggest you purchase a different product!

Overall poor quality for activity dueto small plastic clip that is supposed to hold Fitbit computers onto watch band. Second Fitbit like this in 3 years. Upgraded to next model that has no clip.

Ok. But Need more color selections for wider usage

I was very excited about this and gifted to my wife. I was surprised when she mentioned about around 1000 steps just within kitchen with 30 mins. It was unbelievable and within next 5 mins or so it added up another 200 or so. It was not a trustworthy result though and then we figured out all her hands movement while cooking were considered as step count. I am not sure it is fault or it is designed not do hand movement while have it on the hand but ultimately it didn't work for us. Just as a side note, not sure, this behavior is generic one or just for this Fitbit.

I only get the time and heart beat. Why not the steps etc.....

Started wearing this Fitbit on Wednesday. It recorded my two short walks at lunch over to the mall and back. However, it failed to record an hour walk on the treadmill at grade of 3 or more and speed of 3 or more. Yesterday, my walk on the treadmill was recorded as a bicycle ride. Both days it recorded over 14,000 steps. I know this is way off because I have been still wearing my Garmin VivoSmart HR. I contacted Fitbit Co. about the number of steps and was told it could be because of my arm activity. Today is Friday and I am returning the Fitbit to the store. I don't need this stress.
