Nowhere near as good as the Charge 3. It stopped syncing properly after 3 months. Then after that, it wouldn't even display the correct time after 3 more months. AVOID BUYING THIS PRODUCT.

I have no idea why these are as popular as they are, probably because there are not too many other choices out there for people that don't want a full on smartwatch, and just want a decent fitness tracker. Well my experience was not great. I got a line of dead pixels going across the screen on DAY ONE! Literally the same day I bought it. One of the very telling things about their quality is the fact that Best Buy doesn't offer any protection plans for them anymore, and it's because Fitbit told them not to. Why can that be I wonder? I bought a Samsung Galaxy Gear Fit instead and it's still great 6 months later. No issues with it.

I loved my Fitbit, it was a Christmas gift but by Feb it had blacked out. Even though Fitbit send a replacement, within 2 months that one quit working. I would not recommend this model at all. Sadly I jumped to an Apple Watch.

I thought I loved this watch until the screen blacked out 3 months after my 1 year warranty was up. Shopping for a new watch and it won't be a fitbit!!

Other than the Samsung Health app on my phone, I have yet to find a wearable device that is accurate at counting footsteps or measuring distance. Returned!! Save your money and use your phone!!

Don't think it's worth the money. Traveled overseas and never could get it to get the correct time. Fixed it when we got home. My husband was so exasperated with it, he hasn't put it back on. He will never get another one.

The menus are not intuitive...very difficult to program settings I wanted. Also, it does not allow you to disable continuous sync on the phone app...eats battery 24/7. I had to delete the fitbit app from my phone.

Very disappointing since it always get out of sync! I have called customer service and the solution was to delete the app and reinstall everything which is crazy.

I used to have a pocket style which worked well for me however the critical info on the wrist style is so small that I can't read it without my readers which I don't even take with me while walking and trying to read it in the sun is impossible.

So I've been a FitBit fan for the last few years. So far from all the different devices on the market that I've tried, FitBit seems to be the one that has the most accurate devices for the price. Lately it seems that their failure rate has gotten too high, so much so that even BestBuys has stopped supporting them by removing Geek Squad protection. I just got my new Charge 3 and it lasted about a week and half before I had to replace it. Shortly after replacing it I had to replace it again 2 days later for the same frowning face error on the screen.

The watch was nice for telling the time and notifications. It wasn’t good for tracking steps. It would count a step even if you only moved your arm. So it was going to work out well for me. That’s what i really wanted it for.

Stopped working 39 days after purchase so I could not return or exchange called Fitbit talked to them two days now waiting for service rep to email me so they can decide if they will replace

It inaccurately records awake time as light sleep, bicycling when there is no bike, stair climbing when none are climbed. I do like reminders to walk and the step counting feature.

This device is constantly having issues, very low charge rate, screen display is poor, syncing to the fitbit app is poor, takes forever. Very sorry we bought this pice of junk.

For the money i expected more, i got this for the pay option but it’s such a hassle to pay with it, only good thing is the sleep cycle read, I think it’s too generous for the calorie burning read

I returned my Charge 3 for a Versa. There were too many hiccups with the C3, including basic step tracking being grossly incorrect. This new model is not yet better than the Charge 2. Android user. Read issues are worse for iPhone users.

Worked well when 1st purchased. I can no longer see anything on the face. The light is completely dim, and it’s on the brightness setting. Changed clock faces, no help at all.

Pretty disappointed with the Charge 3. After owning the device for about a year (daily wear), I noticed the screen started dimming. At first, I realized it was going into sleep mode. However, after a year and a half, the screen is so dim that I can't even see it at night anymore. I looked up the issue on the fitbit forum and tried all the suggested remediation (reboot, hard reset, etc). This issue appears to be a common problem. Good thing I didn't pay full price for it. Won't be buying another fitbit.

The Fitbit charge 3 was a big disappointment. Mine broke and was replaced 3 different times. I used to love the other models, but I left the brand because of this model.

it is useless out side. The screen is too dark, even when set to the highest settings. It can’t auto recognize most of the common exercises. App sync requires the Internet.
