Stopped Synching after 6 months. Bizarrely, the digital clock was actually losing time, by about 15 minutes per day. Definitely low quality item; not Best Buy's Fault.

I really wanted to like having a Fitbit, but it gave me a rash where the light sensors are on the back, so I had to return it.

I had the charge, the Charge 2 HR. Then I bought the 3 thinking it would only be better. I couldn't be more wrong. Let's start with the battery, the 2 would last a week or more sometimes. The 3 would die in 1 or 2 days. (with notification off) after it would die the connection would almost always need to be reset. The menus are harder to navigate, they had it right in the 2, just made it more difficult to do the basics.

This tracker and Fitbit Products are maybe good for a year tops. This explains why Best Buy stopped offering a extended warranty on them. I was having an issue with the screen getting dim. Called Fitbit customer service and they had me go through some steps and not the screen is completely blank and will not respond any longer after Fitbit assistance the solution they offer is 35% off buying another tracker

I like all the additional functions ... if they worked correctly. They don’t work half the time. Look is very nice. Charging is hard, have to get it perfectly on prongs.

For these to be the latest tracker Fitbit has I am lil disappointed with the software . I have had sync issues , inaccurate recordings and as much as I send notifications to Fitbit there is no much improvement . I workout early every morning and it never reads accurately . Before the charge 3 , I had the Alta HR and if it wasn't the fact that one day it just decided to stop charging I would have kept it and I know Fitbit discontinued this tracker but I never had recording issues .

This is my third fitbit, but only the first Charge 3. I have owned the device for a little over a year and would not recommend this to anyone. The pixels started dying months ago, and as of recently, there is a graying/whiting out of my screen. My husband had a Charge 3 that died on him after less than a year of use, as did my mom. Not sure whey the quality is so poor in this device, but spend the extra money and get something better.

Two problems with this tracker. First and foremost it counts HR poorly. Often it double counts my HR. I checked manually and with an armband tracker and my pulse was 45-55 but Fitbit had 80-95, sometimes 103. If I didn't move at all it would eventually get it right. Second problem is the watch face stays on for 4 seconds max. Makes it useless to time anything or to see your ongoing HR. No option to increase the on time. I get this is a battery saver but 4 seconds is a useless amount of time.

Step counter is WAY off. It thinks I’m walking when I drive. So I don’t believe any of the numbers but maybe heart rate? Like the way it works with my phone.

This will be my 7th and final Fitbit as the bands all keep breaking. So bad that Best Buy no longer sells warranty’s for Fitbit. Hopefully this one lasts.

The strap on older Fitbit came loose and I lost it. Newest Fitbit staple seems reliable but less attractive and it also doesn't give me my text messages

Worst electronic item I've ever purchased. I've owned other watches for many years and never had a band break. This one has now broken 3 times! After a few months, I could no long see the display when I was outside. I adjusted the brightness under settings--no luck. I like to monitor my heartrate--couldn't do it. Started monitoring it on my phone. After a few months it stopped updating in realtime.

When changing the Clock Face - watch errors out on Clock Face update. All methods of resetting watch result in same error - Clock face update error" Deletion of Fitbit app and full reset of watch results in same error again. Fitbit community does not have answer other than replacing the watch (somehow). Watch is completely useless. Have to go through Fitbit for a replacement which appears to be another waste of time.
