It is Very, very difficult to access information. Directions are very poor. Can't understand or use most functions. At best it serves as a water watch.

I purchased the Fitbit for a birthday gift for my wife. It seemed to be the perfect gift until she opened it and tried to use it. I have tried every way to get the unit to work and have been unsuccessful to this point. Followed every instruction and even went further into researching what else I could do to get it to work. Have tried everything I could find on it and it still will not connect.

I returned the tracker because it counted a lot of steps when I was sitting. I assume it monitors are movement as taking steps. Not accurate at all. Also, it gave me credit for riding a bike for 17 minutes one day. I haven't ridden a bike in over 30 years. This was the second one I got because I returned the first one due to the same issues. I thought the first one was defective and the second one showed that it was not.

Seemed like a great thing as it is listed as waterproof and displayed more than the Charge 2. It does not even come close to accurately count your steps/ After two days of seeing how badly it was recording my steps I checked the Fitbit website and saw this was a problem listed the most of any complaints. I returned it and purchased a Charge 2

Had this fitbit for a few weeks now. HR monitor isnt accurate. Cant turn notifications off. Cant stop getting vibrations stopped every hour . even when walking i get reminded vibrations to get up and move. pedometer isnt accurate. counts footsteps every time you swing your arm, cant change settings. cant tell the difference between riding in a car and walking or swinging arms. Overall it was a waste of $160 bucks

I am a fan of fitbit but this model is super uncomfortable and hurts your wrist. We upgraded to the Versa and are very happy.
