Fitbit stopped working after six months. Tried everything to get it to work.

This worked great for a few days. Now the functions are sporadic will be returning for a different model

I preordered this but when it was received it would not charge so I had to return it for the older model which works fine.

i thought this product would be great. i found it hard to navigate the menu on the screen. i didnt really know how to set it up and it wasnt clear in the app. i found it really annoying to use and decided that i would be better off without it than using it. I had my Fitbit for a little close to a month when it broke. It started going dark and not coming on so I thought it wasn’t properly charged. I made sure that the charge was full and it kept doing it. Then it began to buzz until it died while heating up in my wrist. I called Fitbit and they sent me a FedEx slip to return but i haven’t had any follow-up from the company. I wouldn’t waste the money.

I cannot see the face when outside in the sunlight. I would not purchase this again.

I don't feel like it's all that accurate. I drove a car for 10 hrs straight and while on the drive it said I had achieved 10,000 steps. Not even a possibility that I got half that.

7 moths after , it use to hold power for 5 to 7 days , now after 2 days battery drains. I don't recommend it

one year and took a dump just like my last 2 fitbit products..

No sleep notifications and no heart rate only got for 16 months.

If you already have a fitbit charge 2, do not upgrade. It's not worth upgrading and doesn't really offer anything new.

Not fond of the Fitbit charge 3. Its a lie boring. I’ve had others with many more functions and features than this

Within 3 months the screen has a line thru the display and the wrist band has broken 2 times. Much cheaper than other similar products but you get what you pay for and not worth wasting your money on this poorly made product. Good luck working w/fitbit to get a replacement or return.

Got this for my wife for Christmas and it quit working 5 weeks after I got it.

4 Months later and the screen display no longer functions!

Got this for my son. He had problems with getting the thing to charge. I don't think he even wears it anymore.

Did not receive accurate readings for high activity or sleep. Not very comfortable.

I purchased it in June for my husbands birthday which wasn't until July. It would not pair with any phone. I did some research and discovered alot of people were having problems. I tried returning to Best Buy and I was 2 days past the returnable date. So now I'm stuck with a Fitbit that will not work. I've contacted Fitbit but no luck.

After purchase in order to sync it with Fitbit on your phone it needs to be fully charged. The Fitbit would say it's charging and be at 4% of charge when trying to activate. This happened for a week straight, just didn't feel like going back to the store. I tried on the second week three times and it finally took charge. Defected item
