Bad construction. Poor quality. Inaccurate. Would not recommend

Shortly after purchase, they changed their format, completely eliminating the main piece of information I need ... the reason I have bought 3 Fitbits: hours of sleep and average hours of sleep. They replaced it with a meaningless “Sleep Scale” which takes up 3/4 of the screen. I’m going to get an Apple Watch, and throw this piece of junk in the trash.

Was purchased as a gift for Father’s Day 2019 and by Father’s Day 2020 it had died. After 9 months the screen turned grey and streaked. Everything Fitbit said to do did not work to get it back to normal. I would not recommend Fitbit at all. I am going to look at the Apple products instead, have always had good luck and good support.

For some reason their Fitbit shows more steps. Then what they actually have done. Not the greatest fitbit

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! Part of using fitbit, is using the app that goes with it. Google gives you 3 months for free. But you do have to have a credit card on file. Even though I returned the Fitbit watch and canceled the app, Google still charged my Credit card. Do not buy this piece of Garbage!!!

Returned after a couple weeks. It does the basics but it’s just not as reliable as they used to be.

I’m very disappointed with this charge 3. Numerous sev 1 bugs; (charging cable has to be used to recover). Others like the advanced sleep Tracking, doesn’ even a display for several days. When you try to use a different watch faces they have bugs that are different Switch back to the original one to actually have consistency and make it work.

Steps were often miscounted. Some days of sleep were missed on a regular basis. Returned item.

I would not recommend buying it due to the lack of sync. I had to return my item two times to Fitbit because unfortunately, BestBuy does not have coverage for this item. Even though this item is Water Resistance it is not true. This item died on me after I walk in the rain.

I purchased this to begin my journey into counting steps and tracking health however the first one I received was DOA, the 2nd one would freeze and lose a full battery halfway through the day. Too many bugs do no recommend.

After 35 days the watch stopped functioning properly I couldn’t bring up anything to see on the blank screen. After I returned for an even exchange I had to pay additional $30.00 which should never have been the case. I am very disappointed in this particular watch The original purchase date is 05/09/19 I exchanged it on 06/20/19

The battery does not last as long as the charge 2 and seems that it looses charge faster

i need to get a bigger watch so i can use it more, this one is just to hard to see okay.

Good at first but then stopped working after 2 months

The battery life on this model does last as long and the band is still not as reliable.

I didn't like the fitbit it didn't have all the features I wanted.

My wife is very careful with electronics and only uses this at home / when working out. She's now had to return it to FitBit THREE times for replacement with every single one failing within a month. Stops charging, wont response, blank screen, etc. Run far far far away if you're considering one of these.
