Horrible

Preferred it over any other brand. I drive ALOT. It counts my driving as steps and hills as stairs. I have done everything Fitbit has told me to do even changing wrists and it doesn’t help at all. I can not recommend this model.

Save your money

Disappointed

I got it January 19 and a few days ago the battery starting dying within 24 hours. I tried everything (restart, reboot, cleaning it) , and now it won’t even charge! Of course I missed the return date.

After two months the screen is so dim it’s unreadable. Fitbit tells me they are aware of the issue and working on it but they have been telling people that for almost a year now. They wont do anything about it. Stuck with a useless Fitbit.
