Great fitness watch thats minimalistic

Great for tracking pulse rate and sleep cycle.

It will not track my work outs(resestance training) there is no mode for it. It tracks my steps but if I take a ride on the motorcycle I rack up thousands of steps while riding? I like the slim style and its water proof if you want to ware it in the pool or you get caught in the rain.
