But I spent too much time trying to figure out how to connect everything. I got frustrated and returned it, so I bought the Apple Watch instead. I’m sure more tech savvy users will love this super cute and useful product!

Fitbit Forum answered all my questions. 6 weeks later I have TOTALLY MASTERED the food and nutrition section. I figured out where my eating habits nutritionally, adjusted my eating accordingly an feel fabulous. I have set AND updated my goals and have lost 12 pounds. I am retired so I have time to devote to my treadmill or walking when it's not too hot. Hope you find this helpful.

Good Fitness Tracker

It also keeps track of distance, stairs and overall daily goal. Cons: You can't increase the # of steps an hour it notifies you to complete to more than 250. It also sometimes stops syncing with your phone, causing you to need to reset your watch, phone, install updates, etc. Overall, I still recommend it.
