Don't buy

His band and the charger have broken. I have gone in circles with support. Mostly on twitter, that is how they respond. In addition I had purchased a Fibit Charge 3 for myself in June I had a Fitbit Charge 2 that I loved but it died. This one was so much more difficult to use. They replaced the button with "swiping" which doesn't always work. And, the display was getting dimmer and dimmer, now it is black. I tried all of their resetting methods and finally just gave up. If you check the community forums you will see all the complaints about this.

Not my favorite

It’s been glitchy, and there have been syncing issues the entire time I’ve had it. The features are nice, and the app is great. But that doesn’t outweigh the syncing or freezing issues.
