Disappointing it not working

Was great for six months, now its not working correctly. The turn your wrist and the display would come on has stopped. Connection to my phone is spotty. Everything else works good. The heart rate monitor works great, just has to push the button to see it

It also miscounted shoveling and raking as many, many steps, when there were actually very few steps.
