This is the second fit bit that we have had. This has a lot more features then the other. I love that I can get my text messages or alerts me to a phone call. I switched out the wrist band but what comes with it is you like that type of material. I know newer models have come out but this one is fine.

So waterproof is nice, but the Bluetooth is still a little erratic?

I buy this for my boyfriend and I want one ñ, he only need charger one time per week.

Great tracker for a beginner, the display is crisp and easy to use

My wife's older Fitbit broke (like, couldn't even keep the charging cable in place), so I surprised her with this newer/better model. She was so thrilled! Loves the color/style and the functionality, like being able to receive texts on it. This one comes with a charger that kind of cradles the watch body for a sturdier connection, so I think it may last longer than the last one. We'll see!

I have been a Fitbit customer for YEARS! I finally decided to upgrade again and I was so excited about the charge 3 the day I bought it. Unfortunately I have been emailing Fitbit’s customer support every week, sometimes multiple times trying to figure out why syncing has been such an issue. While their support team has been attentive and helpful, I’m still having issues with sleep tracking showing on the watch, syncing will fail or stop midway through and takes multiple tries to sync up on my iphone until finally syncing. Tracking exercise manually doesn’t “count” towards your exercise goal for the week (something I don’t recall from previous fitbits ive owned). Needless to say, I’m disappointed but hopeful it’ll work out.

I upgraded to the Fitbit 3 after the scratched watch face on my Fitbit 2 was getting on my OCD nerves. So far, I like it. It’s lightweight, water resistant, the button has been replaced, battery life is 7 days, and has a swim option. A con is that it has no date on the face, which I liked on my Fitbit 2. Maybe Fitbit will have this option as an app update.
