Great tracker for exercises and sleep and heart rate

My daughter bought this watch to keep times & heart rate while swimming. Works great but one morning had an issue with trying to turn on the watch on. The screen froze & would not continue to the normal operating mode. She contacted customer service & explained what happened and they sent her a new watch. Great customer service!!!

Upgraded from the charge 2 and well worth the price

This was my replacement fitbit after the plastic edge of the band broke on my fitbit 2 which I had had for over a year and a half. The touchscreen and the motion activated screen unlock function on the fitbit 3 were finicky and the watch/screen just stopped working completely after about 5 months. I woke up one day and picked it up off the charger like I always did and the screen just stayed black and never came back on and my phone could never find it to sync up with it.

I got one of these mainly because of the water proof part.

This was a gift - for my wife - to replace her Charge 2. There are a few improvements in the capabilities with Charge 3, but what she liked the most was that the Charge 2 used to leave a rash or mark on her wrist - probably from the build up of sweat. The new bands with the charge 3 seem to make this better

Let’s face it, the name Fitbit is the name for fitness trackers. I’ve owned a Garmin too, which I really liked. As a gift, I’d go with the Fitbit. This is the one to get for a gift. My granddaughter compares her efforts with her friends. Great motivator.

It was a best gift for my girl friend, she stated this is a great device that can help you to monitor your health as well as linked with your phone and give you notifications you recevied from any apps. And now she doesn't need to carry her phone once she working or in meeting.

Fitbit 3 has been overall pretty neat and generally useful, like my previous fitbit 2. The only downside is that it can be very slow in recording steps, and sometimes that makes me miss my hourly/daily count. Overall, it's a good step/heartrate/etc. tracker.

As a previous owner of the Charge 2, this device is more comfortable and has more features than its predecessor. Easy to setup and comes with an extra half band. The interface is also more efficient as it shows a step indicator in the form of a circle for quick reference of your progress goal.

Went to Best Buy to review the selection of Fitbits. The displays were easy to find and the info was presented to be able to compare devices. A friendly salesperson came over to see if we had questions and helped us out. Then he directed us to the counter for checkout. Very easy process! The Fitbit is working just as we wanted.
