Great product, delivers all I wanted and more. Heart rate monitor is accurate, and the sleep tracker gives great feedback that has helped me maximize my sleeping routine. Meeting the step goals has kept me motivated and I’ve lost 5 lbs, largely my increasing my daily step count.

I switched from an Apple Watch to a Charge 2 years ago. When my Charge 2 finally bit the dust I upgraded to the Charge 3. It’s pretty similar to the 2, but it feels less bulky to me. I can actually sleep with the Charge 3 on, where I couldn’t with the Charge 3.

This was a gift for my wife. Large, bright display makes it easy for my wife to see in any light. Scrolling was easy to learn as she views steps and heart data all through the day. She also likes monitoring her sleep patterns daily. And, she likes the style and wide adjustable band.

I had my FitBit Flex for quite some time and it finally died. Wasn't sure what to get to replace it. I found the Charge 3 and it provided me with everything I could have wanted in a tracker. I really enjoy it because of the clock and the heart rate monitor.

Counting of steps is sometimes approximate rather than accurate to the count. Syncing is sporadic. I get spam mail on the watch that does not show up on my phone. Fitbit agent and I figured out that it might be from a caller I had blocked.

This is my second time using a fitbit. It is better than my charge 2 but still has some flaws. The most frustrating aspect of using the tracker is that it does not always synchronize well with my ipad. Clock faces and alarms have been troublesome.

Easy to read display. I like how you can compare your daily activity levels and at the end of the week you get a summary. I get hourly reminders to move to get my steps, which is helpful (but can be annoying if you're in a class). I highly recommend it!!!

Before choosing a fit bit be sure to check their compatibility list, I can't sync this to my phone. Already had to call customer service as it just quit working after 3 weeks. Not recommended!

I work at a desk all day. I like that the Fitbit vibrates to remind me to get up and walk. I also like that it vibrates to let me know that I received a text or calendar notification. A drawback is that I find the display difficult to get to show.

I loved this tracker for the short time I had it. The Fitbit I had before lasted me closer to 4 years before I bought this one from Bestbuy. I tried reaching out to Fitbit and they said it's no longer covered under warranty, which is frustrating because I feel Iike I just got it and there isn't a real reason why it just stopped working. It doesn't hold a charge, I tried to do a hard reset and did everything Fitbit told me to do. It dies within an hour or two after being fully charged. Now I'm trying to figure if I should get another Fitbit or try an Apple watch instead.

All in all I have been satisfied with the Charge 3. It seems to keep track of my moves fairly well, sleep also. The only problem I have had with it has been missing flights of stairs occasionally and has reset a couple of times loosing all of my data.

Wish they would create a longer band for bigger users. Other than the band issue, the product works as advertised and is very easy to use, especially if you already have a FitBit product.

I like the functionality of the device, but I I had to get help from the Geek Squad (who also had difficulty) to sync the Charge 3 to my iPhone. They tell me it is NOT an infrequent problem!

I've only had this for a few weeks and am still getting used to it. Love the slim design, is holding up much better than my past Charge HR. Can be worn in the shower or while swimming. Has more features than my past Fitbit.

needed to replace my charge 2 (again). Well, they are on to the charge 3 now, Works well and the band seems like it'll be sturdier than the 2. Couldn't get a BB warranty on this well and all of the old chargers for the 2 are now obsolete. Oh well...

Bought this for my father who hates wearing watches.. luckily for me he enjoyed all of the info and motivation provided by Fitbits and has been enjoying using it. He's worn it every day since I have it to him, I even had to get one for myself! Would buy again definitely..

Got this for the rose gold color, as it matches my jewelry. Love that it tracks my hear rate and sleep patterns. Only downside is that it gets dead pixels at the top. I called fitbit to get a replacement and the same thing happens. Its only a little bit, but it annoys me.

I bought one for each...my wife and my mother...both of which are mostly pleased. The accompanying manuals assume you are an avid user so it was a little difficult for my wife and mom to get up to speed on how to utilize all of the features.

This is truly a nice tracker/watch. You can sync it with your FITBIT app when you are walking, running, and cycling. The screen is a bit small especially to read which is an issue for those that need reading glasses. Otherwise, it is a nice watch.

Got my girlfriend this as a birthday present and I swear she has set her entire life to this thing. Seriously she loves this thing and uses just about every feature on it which is saying something because she is usually bad with anything more hi-tech then a TV remote.
