Work exactly as advertised. The battery life is great.

Bought for my wife, easy setup user friendly functions.

My wife and I both had Charge 2's and were pleased with them, however, they both died within a month of each other. Enter the Charge 3. And in this case, newer is not better. Fitbit changed the way their screens and menu's work, and they are confusing. The Charge 2 was simple to operate in comparison. In the case of my wife's Charge 3, we can take a 5 mile walk where we know her step count is roughly 8800 steps, but the Charge 3 will often record it around 12,500 steps. My Charge 3 frequently does not sync for 3 or more hours, and often cannot be found by either my iPhone or iPad. Next time around, we will look elsewhere.

I like Fitbit over any other health tracker I've tried. My last unit died after three years and it was time for an upgrade. The Charge 3 is light years ahead of what I used before and I'm very happy with all the new features. Thinking about gifting this one and moving to the Charge 4. ;-)

There are a lot of things I like about this, but in the end it goes on the Absolutely Do Not Buy list because of a fatal flaw: to compensate for the lack of GPS, the Charge (2 and 3) counts steps based on some algorithm related to hand/arm movement and maybe something else. This means that if you travel in a car you are going to be "charged" with exercise steps. Some users report that driving shows up as "outdoor bike". If you want to read more about this problem, go to the extensive Fitbit Community discussion about it at the link below this comment. You will there encounter the less-than gracious fitbit bot or employee who quickly responds to every message with the same inane boilerplate--we have the best engineers and here is how to make sure your fitbit is measuring your steps accurately. Neither of these responses will in any way help to stop your fitbit from counting driving as exercise. Some other sage advice that the bot-person offers includes to count the exact start and end time of every car trip (or bus ride , etc...) and enter that manually as "driving" into the app. That would be fun, I'm sure. In short, this is fine if you only wear it when you are in the gym or on a run or on a bike and don't want to be bored. But it is not a fitness tracker. The other issue--also verging on a fatal flaw--is the screen quality. Assuming you have not been dissuaded from buying this by what I have written above, you MUST use screen protectors because the screen is easily scratched by contact with any hard surface. I bumped a concrete wall in the Montreal metro and put two large gashes into my screen. At any rate, here's the link for the driving issue discussion board. Good activity tracker, it has really helped to monitor my daily activities and see where I need to improve. I purchased this to replace the original Apple Watch (as these are at a third of that replacement cost) and it suits my needs well...tracks my activities and shows me my texts and alerts from my phone. Very happy.

I love this berry rose gold nice looking band can be changed out the screen went completely black after about 8 months and was hot when charged I sent it back to fitbit with help of best buy and it was replaced I missed it I love that it gives me more motivation and the sleep info
