I love my new Fitbit. The new design is great and easier for charging. The blue-gray color is wonderful.

Fitbit improved their wristbands with this model. At least now if the band breaks, you can swap it with another band, unlike the previous version where if the band broke, it was useless. It's a little finicky when being charged. plug it in, t starts charging, set it down and it sometimes disrupts the connection. Only downside to this is that Best Buy no longer offers an extended warranty on Fitbits.

My wife uses this to track heart rate and steps. It is so easy to set up and use and accurate.

Bought this as a gift for a hard to please relative. However she seems to have taken a liking to it and wears it all the time. I don’t think she cares any for the health features, but seems to enjoy the smart features like call and text notifications. I personally prefer Apple watches over Fitbit, which I have used in the past. The new Fitbit models seem just enough for others like my relative who would probably be overwhelmed by the additional features.

Would have liked to have someone in the store review the features and how they work. Would have solved a lot of my frustration. Either that or include a comprehensive handbook with my Fitbit charge 3. As a senior I need a little xtra help. When I DID call for help as the watch was not showing accurate time, a very patient technician named Daniel walked me through the fix! Hopefully I will not have any more difficulty!

Much easier to set-up than my previous Charge 2 with much more information available.
