I just purchased this and Best Buy only gave a 14 day return RJ dow on this brand new Fitbit 5 . The clasp on mine is defective and will not stay on making this useless . 14 day return policy is ridiculous when the item is defective. So disappointed in Best Buy!! Wasted money !
