Works great for tracking steps, heart rate, blood pressure and keeps time well

Love my new Fitbit! I had a luxe which I like because it was small but this is sooo much better! It is a much brighter display which makes it easier to read, especially outside. The battery is also better.

I love the Charge 5 (not that I didn't like my Charge 3 but the display was almost gone). This one offers so much more with text notifications (that you can read). Just seems a bit easier to work with.

It stays charged as advertised as long as you don't keep the light on all of the time.. it will only last charged for 1 day if you leave the light on. The band is super comfortable and easy to put one.

The Fitbit stopped keeping time. Their were periods where it would just go blank.

I really did like my Charge 5 but the minute the warranty was up it stopped working.

I like the Fitbit charge 3 better. I changed because the light on the. Watch is not bright enough.

Got this for the Mother In Law for Xmas, she hasn't gotten it yet, but been playing with it and its been a great little watch. Can't wait to give it to her soon

This is a good fitness tracker, Fitbit overall app is great as well, tracks both your exercises and sleeping. This tracker you can also use for tracking ECG, overall a great product at a good price.

Watch was good for the year that it lasted. Fitbit does not stand behind their products. All they do is offer a discount on a new watch.

I have to tap the screen several times or harder than normal for the Fitbit to respond and change screens. Sometimes the screen goes out while I'm swiping through it. It's really annoying. It also does not alert me when the battery is low.

While this is better than the Charge 3, I have had it less than a month and it stopped giving me a sleep score 2 weeks ago. I have tried all of the suggested remedies, but nothing works. I can read the face of the fitbit in outdoor daylight, so that alone makes it better.

Best Buy service is awesome. I received my order very quickly; however my problem is with Fitbit and their Charge 5. I’ve had my Charge 5 since middle of March. On Memorial Day 2022, my Charge 5 battery had a short life. I charged it and noticed the battery would die as soon as I took off of the charger. I have done all of the recommended steps by Fitbit and they say we have to wait for a firmware update. It’s been almost 1 1/2 months since I had this issue and still no firmware update. They do not have an ETA on the firmware update that will fix this battery drain issue! I DO NOT recommend you waste your money on this Fitbit!

Do not buy warranties ..and the manager in audio and visual dept at the Mexico and Colorado BLVD store has the customer service acumen of roadkill.. I bought an Insignia 50in TV for a guest room in 2022 ...It was barley used and the TV failed after less than two years ..I took the television to the store with the receipt which clearly showed that I had purchased a five year warranty ..I paid 79.99 for a five year warranty on a 399.00 television ..After hauling the TV to the store I was essentially told that I would have to jump through burning hoops in order to get a credit ..The audio visual manager could not have been less helpful ..Buy your electronics from Amazon!

I have had several Fitbits and this one seems, so far, to be the best. The charge 5 is easy to read and move around to whatever you want. I would recommend this to all who like Fitbit charges.
