my first fitbit, and best buy agent assisted me well. i keep learning more each day, and the emails from fitbit are helpful.

My new Fit Bit Charge 5 is a great smartwatch! I track my steps, my exercise and the whereabouts of my smartphone. It has helped me locate my smartphone when I have put it down and it was hidden from view.

My wife loves it and does not want to move to an Apple Watch because she loves it so much. Tracks her walking, shows text and other messages from her iPhone. Lots of bands out there to dress it up.

The product is great but too fragile; my glass broke a week after purchase when it fell to the floor in the living room. Also, when you sweat, the band gives you a nasty rash. You must buy multiple bands to ensure you can rotate them every few days to avoid the rash. The tracking on the app is amazing.

I had the Charge 3 and this a good step up from that. This one does not sync sometimes and collects my data.

I got the Charge 5 to replace my Charge 3. The screen is much better so it was worth it right there. Outside of that, it does what is expected.I did notice my skin was a little dry under the band.

I love this watch and the features that come with the watch. The battery life could be better. It says up to 7 days battery life but mine last about 3 to 4 days. Always on display is off and only alerts i have are text and email alerts.

Battery last around +3days full potential. Great for workouts and for track sleep.

I love my FB5. I felt the need to upgrade and Im really happy that I did. The advanced features and colored screen are just what I needed. Now I'm hoping to track my steps easier and hopefully shed few pounds.

This was a gift for someone. They did say that it took awhile to set up. Otherwise, they liked it.

So far so good. Purchased new model when my Charge 3 display stopped working. Works as advertised. Had to reset a few times, but that seems to have been corrected.

Customer service was excellent. The Fitbit works good. I have purchased other items from your store and have always been pleased with the item and the service while there. Thank you for everything.

Good solid tracking of a number of basic vitals and progression in recording fitness. Having to purchase an annual service for full use is a bit of an issue ...especially if the health features you want to track are under premium membership features.

I only bought this because the part that holds the band on my fitbit charge 4 broke. This updated version is okay. Battery life seems decent. I can't figure out how to turn off notifications so that is annoying. I don't actually want to get a buzz every time there's an incoming text message. The marked-down price made it a good purchase.

Some nice upgrades from the Charge 4 that I had but without a button some of the navigation is annoying. Most extra features you have to pay for Premium service

My Charge 3 was still working, but presented a dark screen, so I happily traded up to the Charge 5 - am loving its display modes, as well as the added features.

Wife love it. I bought her a Samsung watch and she returned for this. I guess all the other features on the Samsung was distracting

I have been using this tracker for more then 3 months now. During this time, I have dealt with the frustration of bt connectivity issues many times as well as a delay in phonecall or text notifications. To be honest, I regret buying it and felt I should have waited a month longer and bought a smartwatch. I do not feel that this tracker lives up to its pricetag ($195 w/taxes).

Long time Fitbit Charge wearer. I keep coming back to the Charge, simple, easy to use, and yet gives you some great information, steps, breathing, sleep. I should say as a cyclist, I love that it tracks my cycling sessions too. If only a charge could last for weeks, not days.

Coming from the charge 3 to the 5 is quite the upgrade. Love the uniform design, colorful screen, and long battery life. Apple watch who? <_<
