Great experiences with Best Buy!

The battery wasn't lasting even a day, so I returned it in exchange for another one. The man who helped me was so nice, and very helpful. I love this Fittbit Charge 5! It holds a charge longer than the Charge 3 and 4 (both which I've owned) and I love it! It's comfortable and I even forget I'm wearing it. I like that it gives me so much information regarding my activity and also my sleep patterns.

This is the 3rd Fitbit and I will not be purchasing Fitbit again. It works for just over a year and then it quits. If you buy Fitbit, but the extended warranty from Best Buy as well. Not worth it otherwise.

Loved previous Fitbits, but it feels like it has not progressed much. Also, it seemed too small on my wrist - not the band, but the watch. Feels more like a bracelet. I stopped wearing this after one week. Also, the home screen doesn't show weekday, which I really wanted. Too much money for what it is.
