This is my 4th Fitbit tracker over a period of 5-6 years. And it has been a problem. Although it records data properly, it does not pass all of the data on to my cell phone or lap top. I have now talked to tech support by phone 3 times and chat once. There were language difficulties by phone and chat takes time. They refused to route my call to the US.

Got this because I've loved my Charge HR, Charge 4, and Charge 5. I like the monitoring options, particularly the sleep ones, and the Oxygen level one. Would whole heartedly recommend Fitbit Charge 5.

Love my new tracker. Its much easier to use and has a quick response time. This was a replacement for the Charge 2. A definite recommendation to anyone.

The Fitbit Charge 5 has been a valuable tool giving me insights and motivation to keep moving. The health features and insights give me something I can measure and track progress.

So far good. It does everything it is supposed to do. Good battery life, 5 -6 days. I would recommend this fitbit charge 5.

I wish the band it came with was more comfortable. I ordered a sport band for a more comfortable fit.

I am very happy with my Fitbit-Charge 5. It is the perfect size for my arm and provides the monitoring that I was looking for.

Bought this to replace a Charge 5 that lost the back and died. Annoyed that the first one lasted 18 months and very annoyed that it stopped operating. Was a gift so trying another one. Lots of online complaints of the back chrome piece coming off.

I need to have the display on high to be able to see it, so the battery charge drops to low or very low every 2 days. I dislike "swiping" on all devices and have trouble finding the exercise I want to track on the fitbit and trouble getting it to stop randomly vibrating at me. I'm sure this is because I've got some settings wrong, but don't know which.

Mainly got it for the use of alarms, waterproof and sleep tracking. I don't believe the sleep tracking works on point all the time. I would like it better if it could text back to people then the automated saying on it.

Really pleased with the Fitbit Charge 5 and the purchase experience through Best Buy. Good price, fast shipping and fair trade in value. Only thing I don’t like is no altimeter.

I upgraded to the Charge 5 from the original Versa. I wanted all the bells and upgraded technology in a tracker. It checked all the boxes. The EKG feature was nice to have for a check every so often.
