My only complaint is I was initially sold a used open box item even tho I paid for a new one. This is the second time in 2 years I picked up a new purchase and was given an open box item. It's becoming very suspect.

But customer service was really good and replaced it for no charge. It works really well. And other than that I have had no real problems with it.

Fitbit Brand trackers. This one is a lil wider than the ones I normally use but that's ok. Love that I can wear it in the shower or swimming. The battery is also long lasting. I purchased screen protectors for it on Amazon.

Helpful Health Monitoring Features

So far she hasn't had any real issue with it and loves the health monitoring features it provides. Like any Fitbit, the steps recorded can be skewed at times and according to Fitbit their heart monitor and Oxygen level monitoring shouldn't take the place of precise medical equipment and medical advice of your physician and other specialist but does help with alerting the wearer of potential health issues and helpful trends to show progress and any need of improvement. I personally love the color display and easy-to-read display and the overall look and feel of the watch along with its many helpful features.
