Could not get to sync

Tried for several hours with no luck. when attempted to try again in the morning, the battery was almost gone. supposed to last 7 days. Tried to sync again. No luck. returned the device. I had such high expectations for this model

I loved the look of this one and was happy with my the performance, reliability, ease of use. Not feeling the same way about this model. Less than a year old and barely holds a battery charge for 1 day (says 5 in the product description). I think the magnet in the charging chord has something to do with it. Its almost like a secure and stable charging connection has ever happened with my device and the chord. It never lines up properly. The operating system is a bit clunky. Tapping, swiping, hold tap, double tap hold … too many options for a small interface. I prefer fit bit over other brands - Just not so happy with the performance of this particular one. Who knows…Maybe I got the lemon.
