I've had it for one year and the screen has gone totally black.. I cannot get it back.

I loved my first Charge. It lasted 5 years. I loved the look of this one and was happy with my the performance, reliability, ease of use. Not feeling the same way about this model. Less than a year old and barely holds a battery charge for 1 day (says 5 in the product description). I think the magnet in the charging chord has something to do with it. Its almost like a secure and stable charging connection has ever happened with my device and the chord. It never lines up properly. The operating system is a bit clunky. Tapping, swiping, hold tap, double tap hold … too many options for a small interface. I prefer fit bit over other brands - Just not so happy with the performance of this particular one. Who knows…Maybe I got the lemon.

I have used it for a month now since I got it and it was a good upgrade from my charge 3 which display died totally. Hopefully this version will last longer.

it comes in handy and i guess its ok but seems like a unnessary item

We purchased this watch for my mom’s birthday and she loves it! It has all the features she wanted especially the ECG scan.

I like my Fitbit it helps me attain my exercise goals daily. It monitors my heart rhythm etc. This is my 2nd Fitbit.

Does everything I expected and more. The EKG feature is cool. Also I like that it gives me a sleep score. I guess I sleep more than I thought.

This is my second fibit smart watch. Charge 5 is way better than 4 not only because it has color, but the function is much more. Highly recommend.

We've been using Fitbit for a number of years now. The setup was easy. All information from the previous Fitbit transferred over to the new one.

Its very difficult to turn on the screen. You have to hit the face of the watch to get it to turn on. Your alternative is having it on constantly but then the battery runs out quickly. For the price, just buy something else

Bought two of these recently, for two of our sons. They work well and if you're not into the smartwatches they are the obvious choice.

The device works as advertised and is almost certainly the best choice for a fitness tracker at a great value.

Perfect device for keeping track of all day movement. Use it for setting remiders and alarms, and best when pair with fitbut premium.

Only charges to 45% and stops charging. This was a gift that didn't get opened until a week after purchase and the charging issue didn't become apparent until after the return window expired.

Really like this fitbit, this new version I can see everything even in the sun which I had a hard time with on previous versions.

I wouldn't recommend this it stopped working ten months after buying it and I am not getting help either from Fitbit or Best Buy on how to rectify this it is supposed to have a warranty on it

I'm sure this is a great item but, if you have sleeve tattoos or tats that go around the wrists, it will absolutely not track your sleep or heart rate. There are several "fixes " for this on discussion forums but they really do not work. Tried them.

I have never been able to synch this drvice to an iphone despite trying several devices and several troubleshooting methods. I went back to my charge 4.

Waste of money. Doesn’t count the heart rate correctly. Constantly disconnects from the app and doesn’t record workouts or even the date. And definitely not worth $80 a year premium subscription!
