Less than a year old and it died. Gps tracking is way off. I ran a 10 mile race, said I hit 10 miles with 2 miles left in the race. This was the first and last Fitbit I will ever buy. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy something else.

stopped working after 3 months. It is fully charged and the screen will not turn on. I have done the reset with the usb cord. I get the logo and then screen goes back to black and unresponsive. This is very disappointing.

Bought 3 of them, 2 broken within 1 year. Fitbit asked to send it back to fix or replace, been 6 months and no response. Useless products

Died in 7 months, the screen is black and was only able to show for another day after a reset before doing exact same thing.

I got the notifications ever worked talk to support 3 times so i went to Best Buy to exchange it in case mine was defective the 2nd received notifications but not the iMessage notifications so i will return it which really sucks because i was so excited for it

I decided to upgrade to the charge 5 after using the chage 4 for a year since it was advertised to have the same battery life if not more with addidtional features. I then come to find out that instead of these features being available to the new watch theyre alsonlocked behind a 10$ a month paywall. Okay well they do ffer you a 6 month membership trial, but these features arent even available yet so im paying 200$ for a fitness band with features locked behind a 10$ a month paywall. At this point im just going to go back to my charge 4 and return this product.

Fitbit Charge 5 does not come with an Altimeter built in. Therefore it doesn’t count stairs or elevation. The Charge 4 and back has the altimeter, why not the Charge 5? Makes no sense.
