Excellent device. everything is touch screen. Had the fitbit 3 and now this is twice the fun.

Trash this is the second one I bought and it didn’t last a year stay away from there watches

Had to replace my Charger 3. The 5 is use to use, great, chargers in less time. Great pick

After 4 months of use the screen no longer works. It went dark and didn't work anymore. fitbit is not the best

Don't jump into a deep puddle of water with this fitbit 4 or 5 (had them both same issue) even with swimming option turned on.

Request by my Mom as a gift. She wants to use this to track her sleep but was concerned about the size. She loves it!

I have been enjoying the Fitbit watch. It has many features I am learning to apply them and so far am very happy.

So far I have been disappointed with the Charge 5, which I bought to replace my Charge 2. I have trouble scrolling from one screen to another because the screen does not appear to detect my touch. Also, the Charge does not "wake up" when I turn my wrist to see the time and I have not found a way to adjust the sensitivity. Since I started using the Charge 5, I have not registered a single flight of stairs, despite living in a 3-story townhouse and making multiple trips a day from the basement to the 3rd or 2nd floor. I cannot have both the Charge 5 and my Ionic linked to the FitBit app at the same time. I am considering dropping the Charge 5 and only wearing the Ionic.

The Fitbit-charge 5 is a huge improvement over previous Charge models. The screen is easy to see indoors and outside.

Was great for the first three months but then the battery life simply went off a cliff (no change in settings, use, phone etc). It now goes from 100% charge to 0% in less than 12 hours. Avoid and wait until they fix the battery issue.

I absolutely love my new Fitbit. The options and advanced technology are amazing.

The power connection is junk…..we got two fit bits and both did not work. We did work with geek squad and it would not charge. The charger 5 is junk!

Wife wanted this to replace her old one. She is very happy she bought this instead of another brand.

Keeps me motivated to keep moving. A few little quirks here and there about sleeping but really like this unit

Watch does not work properly. I Dan’s return it until I come to Colorado Springs again. I live about 200 miles one way so I can’t just jump in my car and go across the street!

Love the better visibility of the watch face in the sun. My major complaint of earlier models

I love it and ordered additional bands to coordinate with outfits. Helps to keep you more focused on fitness!
